General Admissions
Admissions for School Year 2025-2026 are open from December 2024 to May 2025. We encourage early application to secure your slot and qualify for scholarship consideration.
You can start your application by visiting our Apply Now page, downloading the application form, and submitting it along with the required documents to the Admissions Office. You can also visit the campus in person to apply.
Yes, there is a minimal application fee that varies by program level. Contact the Admissions Office for current rates.
For SHS applicants, you can indicate your preferred track during application. For college applicants, you should choose one primary program. Transferring between programs may be possible after admission.
Yes, we welcome transferees at all levels. Additional requirements include Honorable Dismissal and Transfer Credentials from your previous school.
Academic Requirements
Requirements vary by level. Generally, we require passing grades from the previous level and satisfactory performance on our entrance exam (where applicable). Check our Admissions page for specific requirements.
Yes, entrance exams are required for Elementary (Grades 2-6), Junior High School, Senior High School, and College (CHED programs). Pre-School and TESDA programs do not require entrance exams.
Entrance exams are scheduled upon submission of your application. Results are typically released within 5-7 business days.
Elementary and JHS exams cover Math, English, Science, and Filipino. SHS and College exams include aptitude tests and subject-specific assessments based on your chosen track or program.
Retake policies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Admissions Office to discuss options.
Documents & Requirements
Required documents vary by program level. Common requirements include Birth Certificate (PSA), Report Card/Form 138, Good Moral Character Certificate, Medical Certificate, and 2x2 ID Photos. See our Admissions page for complete lists.
We prefer PSA-authenticated birth certificates. However, certified true copies from the local civil registrar may be accepted initially, with the PSA copy to follow.
This is an official document from your previous school, signed by the principal or authorized signatory, attesting to your conduct and behavior during your time there.
Medical certificates should be issued within the last 6 months and signed by a licensed physician.
Currently, we require physical submission of documents to the Admissions Office. Scanned copies may be accepted for initial review, but original documents must be presented before enrollment.
Tuition & Financial Matters
Tuition fees vary by program level and chosen track/course. Please contact the Admissions Office or Finance Office for detailed tuition information and payment schedules.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans including quarterly and monthly installment options. Discuss payment arrangements with the Finance Office during enrollment.

Yes, we offer sibling discounts for families with multiple children enrolled at OLLC. Inquire with the Finance Office for specific rates.
We accept cash, check, and bank transfers. Specific payment instructions will be provided during enrollment.
Schedules & Logistics
Classes for School Year 2025-2026 begin in June 2025, following the DepEd and CHED academic calendar.
School hours vary by level. Generally, elementary classes run from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, while high school and college schedules may vary depending on the program.
SHS follows a regular day schedule. Some college and TESDA programs may offer alternative schedules. Contact the Registrar for specific schedule information.
Yes, all students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform. Uniform guidelines and suppliers will be provided upon enrollment.
OLLC does not provide school transportation. However, the campus is accessible via public transportation (jeepney, tricycle) and is located near major thoroughfares in Valenzuela.

Our Lady of Lourdes College is located at Gen T Deleon, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The campus is easily accessible from major areas in Valenzuela and nearby cities.
